AG2 - 4 : Adjust Checks

Program(s): AGPADJCK

A correction was applied for the redistribution of direct deposit when an employee has multiple direct deposit allocations setup as percent’s ( ie. an 80%/20% split ). The problem discovered was that the second percentage was based on the residual net rather than the pre-ach net. 

The prompt to reallocate direct deposit will no longer appear when an adjustment is made to an employer contribution.

PayPlus Known Issues Release Update 7.9.8 01-31-2013

Corrections have been implemented for the 2012 940/940A forms

1. It was discovered that the Form 940 page 2 boxes 16a and 16b were calculated at .008 instead of .006 and that the adjustment to balance for year-to-date was added to box 16d. Totals were/are correct, but the quarterly breakdown was incorrect. 
2. Schedule A state information was incomplete for employees in multiple states.
